We at DIRECT CONNECT MEDIA understand that you value your privacy and we strive to respect that privacy when you are using our services. This Privacy Policy describes what information we gather from you, how we use that information and what we do to protect it. By opting in DIRECT CONNECT MEDIA website, you are expressly consenting to the information handling practices described in this policy.

Information we collect from you
When you sign up with DIRECT CONNECT MEDIA, you establish a personal account for the lottery text results service. During the account creating we may request contact information (such as name, a valid email address, cell phone number and address). In addition, we may occasionally request information from users via online or cell phone membership profiles, surveys or contests. Participation in these profiles, surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Our servers collect and retain technical information regarding interaction with our text service such as the cell phone number and the carrier, and the operating system running the user’s cell phone. This data is not linked to your personal account. It is used in the aggregate to analyze the ways in which our site is used, and how we can improve the user experience.

Information Relating to Minors
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the DIRECT CONNECT MEDIA Services. Any person who provides their information to DIRECT CONNECT MEDIA through the opt-in process for new customers or any other part of the DIRECT CONNECT MEDIA represents to DIRECT CONNECT MEDIA that they are 18 years of age or older. DIRECT CONNECT MEDIA is in no way directed at persons under 18 years of age. We will not knowingly collect personal information of children under 18 years of age, and if we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it.

How We Use Your Information

You also agree that DIRECT CONNECT MEDIA and/or third parties may use your personal information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests, such as targeted banner advertisements, administrative notices, product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of DIRECT CONNECT MEDIA or a Service. International Visitors
DIRECT CONNECT MEDIA is hosted in the United States and is intended only for United States visitors. At this time, DIRECT CONNECT MEDIA’s services are not available to overseas visitors.

This policy is effective as of May 1, 2008 As we update and expand our services, we may make changes to this policy. If the changes result in materially less protection for your personal information than that provided in this policy, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and obtain your consent to the changes before using information that we have previously collected.
